Welcome again....

This week we are running a bit late with our newsletter, but you know what they say... better late than never. So, here we finally are.

 

Menu for the week

This week's menu (starting Tuesday 15th August) is

Tuesday & Wednesday Carolyn will be making hungarian pork paprika patties with red cabbage and potatoes in a creamy mustard sauce ($8.80)

Wednesday & Thursday it's been a long time, so we thought we should make again our veal , rosemary and mushroom risotto ($8.80)

Friday & Saturday the amazing coq au vin - french style chicken stew ($8.60)

 

New Products

This week we had a huge delivery of all things natural and organic. From spelt flour, pekan nuts, dried currants, popping corn to banana chips and dried apples... and it's all good for you!!

We had promised to bring you staff profiles this week. Easier said than done, but we are working on it... we'll keep you posted.

Tanja is now making her delicious homemade rice pudding. We are also trying to bring you a couple of cakes a week (they do disappear quite quickly though). Carolyn's walnut and coffee and Tanja's lavender cakes being some of the most popular.
